This seems to have returned.  Don't have a regress window yet, but it happened twice this evening. 

Latest hourly build based on cset:

STR:

1. Start video from the link and as soon as it starts enter 'full-screen'
2. Let ads play through, then once the main video starts press ESC
3. Note that sound continues on, but the browser seems non-responsive.
4. Switch to another app, and back to Minefield, browser has returned to working, as if focus was lost, and then shortly after the 'crashed plugin lego block' appears.
