On the bookmark toolbar, i have one folder named "SA-MP". In this folder i have many sites. I wanted to create in the "SA-MP" folder, a new folder, so i can put some sites there, from the "SA-MP" folder. I created a new folder named "Scripts". When i put the first site in this folder, "Toolbar Bookmarks/SA-MP/Scripts" this site just disappeared and the folder "Scripts" was Empty. I went to the Bookmarks/Organize bookmarks/Toolbar Bookmarks/SA-MP/Scripts and the site was there, but i couldnt see it from the Toolbar, only from the Organize. When i restarted the firefox, i could see it, so it fixed.
Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to toolbar bookmarks
2. Create a new folder
3. Put some sites in there(i had 8)
4. Create a new folder in this folder
5. Put some sites from the first folder you created
Actual Results:
I couldn't reproduce it...
Expected Results:
It should have put the sites in the right folder, and not just vanish them.

It happened again. I created a folder and i moved one site from "bookmarks" to the "bookmarks toolbar" in there. It was empty

Yeah all of them are same with mine, i searched but didnt finf them because of their names.

Reporter, are you still seeing this issue with Firefox 3.6.13 or later in safe mode? If not, please close. These links can help you in your testing.

You can also try to reproduce in Firefox 4 Beta 8 or later, there are many improvements in the new version, http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-beta.html

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.13 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
