When you choose "Manage Bookmarks... CTRL-B", the bookmark window will pop up. Try saving a bookmark from current Netscape window, the new address will be added at the bottom of the bookmark window... this is good. Focus on the bookmark window, create a new folder and add the bookmark to the folder that you just created... so far so good. Switch back to Netscape window and try finding the bookmark that you just added, you won't be able to find it anywhere. My solution so far is that I have to close all Netscape window and re-run Netscape... kinda irritating if I have many windows of Netscape already opened up.

I absolutely do not see this at all with Win98, bug 48265 is a different thing although you do come across it while trying to repro' this bug.
