I can't disable the aero glass effect firefox adds to the toolbars. I normally really like it, but none of my WindowBlinds skins look good on ff with glass enabled.

There should be a setting in the options dialog or the "Customize Toolbar" dialog.

This really should be an option. Somewhere in about:config at least.
Option c in bug 569329 comment 2 is probably your best bet. Not that inclined to make this a pref.
