Why was dev.tech.css removed? Where has its replacement been hidden? According to bug 384869 mozilla.web-developers.general should be the one, but searching for devel or web on news.mozilla.org produces only the following choices:
mozilla.community.web-standards
mozilla.dev.apps.webtools
mozilla.dev.l10n.web
mozilla.drumbeat.website
mozilla.support.webtools
netscape.public.mozilla.webtools
It was replaced with mozilla.web-developers.general, but that group was not being used. See <http://weblogs.mozillazine.org/gerv/archives/2009/07/dead_discussion_forums.html>.

Web-developers are encouraged to use the newsgroups listed on <https://developer.mozilla.org/en/Mozilla_Web_Developer_FAQ#I_didn.e2.80.99t_find_the_answer_I_was_looking_for._Where_should_I_ask.3f>
