I had to revert to Internet Explorer in order to access my accounts online. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to BofA website 2. Enter Login 3. Enter password Actual Results: I get a totally blank screen instead of a list of my accounts, etc. Bar says "Done" in lower left corner. If I refresh the browser, still nothing happens. It is not a problem w/BofA website because I can get into my accounts online as usual with Internet Explorer. This problem only occurred after I updated to the new version of Firefox. Older versions worked fine. Expected Results: I should have been able to access my online accounts as usual.

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.13 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
