They should be zero length files, they have quite a bit of information in them. Are they Keeping a database file about the e-mail that I received, sent, or drafted. Those files should be zero length ( 0 ) and have nothing in them. The other problem is that when I run defrag it takes forever for those files to get done, it realy takes a long time. How do I fix the problem without crashing Thunderbird. If Thunderbird is databasing those files (WHY). Reproducible: Always
Go into thunderbird, right click on your folders, and select compact.
...as in comment #1: occasionally make a compactation! Feel free to reopen it if I'm wrong!
