Menu option "Debug=>XPToolkit=>Tri-state-checkbox" is supposed to bring up
a small test of a tri-state checkbox.  All checkboxes are 2-state.
Yes, that demo has bit rotted somewhat, and someone (like me :-]) should clean
up these demos (and I do have a bug on that). As it stands, though, the tri-state
checkbox is not a working feature. See bug 12164.
