FF does not regards the target="_new" after click a link a page, and then reloading the originating page in the the new tab.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to this URL: http://gazeteler.com/
2. Click "Milliyet Gazetesi" link. It will open in the new tab, because target="_new" in the source.
3. Now, close the first tab (http://gazeteler.com/)
4. Now, you have the second tab open, right? now, open that URL (http://gazeteler.com/) in this tab, now click that link ("Milliyet Gazetesi") again.
5. As you see, It will not open the link in the new tab.

Reporter, are you still seeing this issue with Firefox 3.6.13 or later in safe mode or a fresh profile? If not, please close. These links can help you in your testing.

Also, ensure you update all your plugins (Flash, Reader, java, quicktime, etc) to the latest version available on the vendor's website.
