This is a meta bug for setting up a time line of UI changes for Firefox across multiple projects (https://wiki.mozilla.org/Firefox/Projects ) We're going with the term Act so as not to collide with any other development jargon currently in use (milestone, phase, etc.) and to make it all the more liberal artsy.

In general these bugs will cover initial work on the theme refresh, with new graphics landing. However, aspects like the menu bar, site identity and notifications remain the same until Act 2.

Closing out this series of Firefox UI Act <n> meta bugs as they refer to long-gone projects and the metas themselves were little used.
