555838 - Add a mobile add-ons link to Firefox add-ons homepage

I spoke with Julie about this. Currently add-on homepages for other products besides Firefox desktop are very hard to find from this page (you can go only if you know URL or find the drop down menu in the top, right hand corner).  Please add a Mobile add-ons for Firefox link in the left-hand nav, either in the list of categories, or its own separate "Build a Firefox mobile add-on" CTA box at the bottom.

The new global header that AMO is adopting has a big Mobile button, but when Mobile 4.0 launches I agree it'd be good to have a promo for Firefox mobile and mobile add-ons. That would probably be a slot in the new graphical promo area that will be coming with our new homepage.

Note that we're displaying a big banner to the mobile site if you're on a narrow browser in bug 631402.

Are we planning to reuse panels from the Discovery Pane on the AMO front page? If so, we have a panel for Mobile Add-ons prepared:

We'll reuse some of them, but not all of them. The current mobile one we wouldn't use on the homepage.
