It looks like a few days ago a comm-central 3.2 builder had Thunderbird die during the content-policy tests:

It looks like my exception handling or what not did not properly kill the vncserver and it has broken all runs on that builder since then.  I hadn't really meant for vncserver to be active on those boxes... I expect it's triggering because the builder is probably already running inside a vncserver...

Anywho, I'll make a bustage fix that causes it to forcibly kill the existing VNC server at startup time if it has trouble spawning.  (Or maybe always?  Something.)

This has brought the ThunderbirdTest runner back from the grave.  But it came back angry!

Luckily it was angry before the grave too.
