User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.2) Gecko/20100316 Firefox/3.6.2 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.2) Gecko/20100316 Firefox/3.6.2 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) On a particular webpage, there is apparently an error. When FF is closed, it does not in fact close but leaves firefox.exe process running. IE complains about the error on the page and doesn't get itself hung up. The web site with the offending page is http://www.nutmegpwd.org/ but since I don't expect their page to be in error forever, I have attached the page source as www.nutmegpwd.org.htm Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.go to web page 2.click on first hotspot - probably no result; if there is close newly opened window and try step 2 again 3.close FF 4.check running processes to see FF still running Actual Results: FF is hung up with process open. Expected Results: Would have expected FF to close completely - at least. Prefer the IE approach which signals that there is an error on the web page and refuses to process it. I'm going to call this an enhancement / others might differ. It has wasted an hour of my time tonight.
