Users are unable to submit files to the Blackboard Academic Suite.  For example, if a studnet must submit any type of file (word, html, etc.) to the assignment, they recieve an error.  They are able to submit the same file using Internet Explorer.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Log in to Blackboard using Firefox
2.  Attempt to submit a file as an assignment
Actual Results:  
Error and unable to submit the file
