The 3.6 release notes link to this announcement which 404s. Additionally, they link to a bug that is still hidden from the general public. Additionally, the 404 page has a broken "Referring page"-Link (the http:// is url-encoded, making it a relative link).
The main issue is fixed, the two additional ones are not.
For separate issues, it's best to file separate bugs. I'm not sure what the www.mozilla.com policy is for linking to security-sensitive bugs in release notes. CCing Christian.
