Just heard from Craig (craigcook@gmail.com) that he doesn't have permission to commit to this project. Can you verify that his LDAP account was added? Thanks

Do we have a form from this individual? Looks as if some of the SVN steps were skipped. Back over to server-ops since this is apparently blocking work, but in the meantime we need to get a form filled out and sent to Erica McClure. www.mozilla.org/hacking/committer/committers-agreement.pdf is the form that needs to be filled out and returned to Erica ASAP.

I signed a committer's agreement in September 2009, but the process was expedited at the time so it may have been misplaced in the shuffle. I can send again if necessary but it should be on file. See bug 517080.
