I have had my computer checked, my email account checked and everything else and it still has some problems.  I loved using Firefox before this new one was developed.  In my e-mail, I cannot upload pictures from my Iphotos.  It took 17 hours to upload one.  Not my e-mail services' problem.  Also when I click on something to go to a new window, it sends my to a web search page.  When not in my email, I click on a link and it sends me to a web search page.   And sometimes when I'm trying to get to my e-mail log in, it takes me to a web search page.   Brand new IMAC.   Hughesnet had been to my home to see if it is their problem.  It's not.  I have no problems in Safari, Google Chrome, or Internet Explorer.


Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.I log off, log on.

2.Turned the computer off then back on.

3.Quit Firefox and restart it.
Actual Results:  
NONE

Expected Results:  
For it to work properly.

It takes forever to get on Firefox.  I can be in the middle of a web page and it goes back to web search.  This is getting worse by the day.

Reporter, are you still seeing this issue with Firefox 3.6.13 or later in safe mode? If not, please close. These links can help you in your testing.

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.13 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
