Start in landscape mode - 
1. Go to about:home
2. Rotate to protrait mode


Start in portrait mode - 
1. Go to about:home
2. Rotate to landscape mode

Expected Results:

The page should adjust and render checkerboard content to whitespace when re-sizing the browser.
