I marked the relevant test as todo on 10.6 only:

so that this stops causing tinderbox perma-orange.  It would still be good if somebody (mstange?) investigates.

This failed again, on the cycle of dbaron's push from comment 8, so it looks like that push didn't successfully todo-ify the failure.

Ah, it should probably have been "todoShouldHaveFired", without the "Not". Can somebody make that change? I don't have time for this at all today unfortunately.
