When click "more info" link, it opens in a window that doesn't contain standard Firefox chrome UI.

Either: Open all "more info" links in a window with standard Firefox UI

Or: Open Study Results' more info links in a window with standard Firefox UI (so that you can bookmark, print, ... them)
And open Current / Finished Studies' more info links in a window without an UI, but open links clicked in these (e.g. the twitter link) in a window with standard Firefox UI. (At the moment you can right click on the twitter link and select "Open Link in New Tab" which will create a background tab that can't accessed because there is no UI)

The study results more info links open in a chromeless window by design.  We want it to visually convey to the user that it is part of Firefox and that the data is local, so it should not be displayed like a web page.  The design will continue to evolve to look more dialog-boxy and the links to external websites are being removed.
