Please bring back "clone current window"

Early web browsers usually had a "clone current window" function, i.e. create a new window and display the current page. Current web browsers generally show the home page when doing "New browser window", including Mozilla. Unfortunately, with frames and POST operations being common these days, this really is signficant loss of functionality since creating such a cloned window can be nontrivial or impossible. Getting this support back would be a major win; either on the File menu, or (probably better) on the right mouse button menu.
