The Plugin Check in Portuguese Brazilian Langauge is not working. Only the Plugin Check on English USA language.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Type http://www.mozilla.com/pt-BR/plugincheck/ on the adress bar of Firefox.
2.wait some seconds for page load


Actual Results:  
Nothing appears. Only this menssage: 

    "* Clique em Atualizar agora para atualizar um plugin.
    * Finalize todas as atualizações recomendadas antes de reiniciar o seu navegador."



Expected Results:  
Check for Updates of the plugins.

I'll update pt-BR/plugincheck/index.html with the fix for Bug#556891. Not sure if this will fix comment #0.

The reason I didn't assign myself, is that the l10n for pt-BR doesn't match fr. (structurally, like how the JS is included.)

I don't know the status of pr-BR and other locales.
