I replaced the DIMM, but the server wouldn't boot afterwards, even though the type of RAM, size, clock, etc. is all the same. I put the originial DIMM back in and put the server back into production for now as it seems to be running fine and the enclosure isn't complaining about it anymore. Some more in depth troubleshooting probably needs to be done to verify if that DIMM is indeed bad, or if the monitoring messed up. Also I think the new module that got ordered is either wrong or defective, since the server wouldn't boot after installing it. It is sitting in the bag it came in on the tool cart on 16th floor of MPT.
