Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1; FunWebProducts; GTB6; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.04506.30; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR 3.0.4506.2152; .NET CLR 3.5.30729)
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.9.1.9) Gecko/20100317 Thunderbird/3.0.
The program asks for my Master password. I don't have any.
I have tried to enter error console with:
chrome://pippki/contant/resetpassword.xul
but hat gives me a syntax error.
Can you give me the right syntax?
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Just click on Get Mail
2.It will ask for the Master Password, which I never set
3.No matter what I do, it will ask for the Master Password or not give me any email
Actual Results:
I also tried to go to Options/Security/master password
But to avoid it there, you will need to put in the (non-existing) master password first.
This bug was reported in V2, as "Critical P5", but never addressed.
Expected Results:
No email
Allow me to reset the Master Password without having to put a non-existing one in.
