After discussion with Atul, we talked about making the cfx command line tool more user friendly. We took a queue from the "hg -h/--help" command. Please see the attached file for the suggested implementation.

Futuring, as it isn't needed for 0.3, but we should seriously consider this as a candidate for 0.4 or 0.5 when we start planning those releases.  It'll take non-trivial programming to implement, so we should also think about who can take this on.
