Note: This is a follow-up of bug 557298

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Fennec and go to the Controls Pane
2. Switch to portrait mode
3. Switch back to landscape mode


Actual Results:
The controls pane exit button is now on the top of the pane buttons

Expected Results:
The controls pane exit button should be on the bottom of the pane buttons

Looks like -moz-box-ordinal-group is not going to work for anything. Switching to -moz-box-direction for this too.
