557843 - it isn't clear when you aren't signed in

When you aren't signed into the site via AMO, FlightDeck doesn't make that clear.  It should make that obvious and prevent you from doing anything that you can't do without signing in.

I'm on the position that the action buttons should be displayed, just actions should come through login process.

Hmm, I'm not sure I understand what you are suggesting.  Can you elaborate?

I think we're on the same page. Buttons should be displayed, and the action which needs the login will come through a sign in page. 

Re: clear if you're signed in or not - If there is no "dasboard" link - you're not signed. There should be a login link thought.

In addition to the "Dashboard" link, there should also be a "Sign Out" link if you are signed in, so users can sign out once they're done using the site, and so it's crystal clear that they are signed in.
