But there's another issue for me: I happen to have quite a few
contacts (100+) in Gmail that I did not enter any name information
for. I only specified the "Company" field. I do this for hotlines,
restaurants etc.
Gmail displays those quite nicely; they also sync quite well with my
iPod touch and my Nokia phone.

For the Contact extension however this leads to one giant "null" entry
on the Contacts page - with ALL the info (phone numbers, email, names
etc.) of ALL those contacts. Kind of ugly.

Here's a quick fix for null names, it just uses the email address for the display name.  patch is against a pull from today.
