We need to add the xenophobia checkbox to the footer and ensure that it does what it's supposed to on the pages. Let's be liberal with the unit testing on this too, so we can be confident about future changes.

Xenophobia check-box does not affect behavior on Add-on detail page or AMO Homepage.I have filed Bug 564016 for 5.11.
The xenophobia check-box is present in the footer in the both these pages(so,it has been added as per the bug summary)
For 5.10,this bug is a [qa-]
