(Whiteboard: [needs more info from the reporter] [closeme 2010-05-12])

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US) AppleWebKit/532.5 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/4.1.249.1045 Safari/532.5 Build Identifier: IE and other browsers OK. Have tried uninst. & reinst. several times but no improvement. From memory I `think` that the problem started when I installed Thunderbird: until then my default browser had been Mozilla for years. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Simply click Thund.or Mozilla shortcut and fails. 2. 3. Actual Results: Nothing special. Have used an erase prog. to ensure both browsers deleted before reinstall. Expected Results: Used other browser, any of which functioned.
