Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open "Your Test Pilot Studies".
2. Click a "More Info" link on a current or finished study.
Actual Results:  
"chrome://testpilot" address is visible in title bar.

Expected Results:  
This should be hidden from the user.

Displayed "Mozilla Labs Test Pilot - Mozilla Firefox" instead of "chrome://testpilot - Mozilla Labs Test Pilot - Mozilla Firefox"

Requesting litmus test: Study window should have title of "Mozilla Labs Test Pilot" (and should display correctly centered on the screen, look right on all platforms, etc).
