I can't use mouse in my bookmarks properies (Name field)

creating, editing or whatever - "Name" field is unclickable (it's possible to edit via keyboard)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. right click bookmark
2. open properties
3. try to use mouse in Name field
Actual Results:  
You can't do nothing in this field

Expected Results:  
I should be able to use mouse like in other fields
