There are two blank .htaccess files on mozilla.org, they should probably be removed:

(Before deleting, someone should make sure that the redirects were blank on cvs.mozilla.org prior to importing into SVN.)

For the Rhino redirect, it is empty now because I was trying to put a redirect in place but had done it incorrectly and backed it out.  I believe the Rhino developers would still like that redirect in there.  Some more information about the Rhino content is in bug 453510 although I'm not sure if that contains the redirect discussion (the Rhino redirect could also happen in the main htaccess file, I suppose and we could still remain this file).

I imagine it's safe to remove the empty file in the UI directory since that whole directory is likely to get archived or migrated anyway.

Closing old Mozilla.org website bugs due to them not being relevant to the new Python-based Bedrock system. Re-open if this is a critical bug and should be resolved on the new system too.

Emptied the rhino htaccess in r108157. Will push the redirects to prod in bug 453510.
