Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; zh-CN; rv:1.9.1.1) Gecko/20090715 Firefox/3.5.1
When there is a tab been zoomed in or out, and if a new tab is opened and the same url is input by user himself, then this new tab will have the same zoom in/out effect. But I think not everyone want this. It is different from user's clicking a href on current page to open a new tab.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. load a page and input a url, e.g. www.google.com
2. zoom in (with ctrl + '+')
3. open a new tab and input the same url, www.google.com
Actual Results:
This new tab has the same zoomed in effect.
Expected Results:
Nothing happens on this new tab.

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 4 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). Also, ensure you have the most up to date graphics drivers, operating system updates, and plugin versions (flash, java, etc).
