When navigating to another site (Ctrl+L or clicking a link) the new site is never shown.

OS: Win Vista x64 SP2 incl. Platform Update
Card: seen on ATI Radeon 3600 and ATI Radeon 4670
Driver: Catalyst 10.3

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. enable DW/D2D
2. surf the net
Actual Results:  
You won't see the requested website.

Expected Results:  
See the requested website.

WORKAROUND:
a) change to another tab and back, the new content will be shown
b) minimize and restore the browser window, the new content will be shown
i have the same issue on WinVista with an Intel P4 3,2 GHz + ATi Radeon X1950 Pro (DirectX9) + Catalyst 9.3.
Previous bugs noting this have been duped to 532106. FWIW, I see it too on Vista x64 with two 8800GTs in SLI and the 197.13 drivers.
