Our 'unittest' boxes (used to) have this. Our 'dep' builds haven't, but should, so running the test suites could report leaks too. NB: Fwiw, Firefox uses its 'nightly' config, which doesn't have that option either :-/

Sorry, the whole point of running tests on debug builds is to have leak stats there and not need logrefcnt any more elsewhere. The dep boxes should be as near to the nightly/release builds we ship as possible (unfortunately, we still need the static/shared difference for now).
