If you load content/media/test/bug495129.ogv in a video document and play it through a thobber appears, and we resize the element to accomodate the throbber. When the throbber goes away, we resize back to the normal controls' size.

But if we play through a second time, the video element resizes to accommodate a throbber but when the throbber disappears, the video element retains the size of it had when it had a throbber.

This bug only appeared when the new Ogg decoder backend landed in bug 531340, since we couldn't play this Ogg in the old backend.

I'm not sure if this is a bug in the controls, or a bug in the video element's state which the controls rely on, or in nsVideoFrame's layout.
This sounds like it may be fixed by bug 620317...
