Details
Tracker bug for an ircd setup and turn on in phx.
We'd probably want services + DNS RRs in place, probably a good time to switch to geodns as well, so we make best use of the available resources.

Yeah, this was done earlier in the week, when we set it up in a hurry when Amsterdam was having network issues.
