Details

sentry-multi currently only runs on "checknow" products. There should be an option to execute a multithreaded, complete sentry run, as well.
Both sentry and sentry-multi have a "checkall" option now: http://github.com/fwenzel/tuxedo/commit/19ea97f68847d5a41cdf5da1e5b7c7ec1be5e7cf sentry-multi still defaults to checknow though.
