Sometimes when starting up Fennec, the start page looks wrong in the tab preview: 1) There is a lot of black padding at the bottom of the preview 2) The preview is zoomed in significantly (and the clipped)

This patch add an exception for setting up the viewport for the first tab during the launch of fennec. It also prevent drawing a zoomed thumbnail.
