Shouldn't BM Manager context menu item name "New Collection" be (something like) "Create New Collection"?

In Bookmark Manager, the contextual menu for the Collections panel includes the item "New Collection", which, in not being a verb phrase, seems to be inconsistent with the other contextual menu items in BM Manager and with the policy stated in Bug 542350.

Reproducible: Always
"New" is a fake verb ;) See the File menu of every app under the sun.
Wont fix, given the precedent set by the File menu as noted in comment 1.

Or, rather, it is an adjective. Specifically: "Attributes are adjectives or adjective phrases that describe the change the command implements."

That's the bucket where New clearly fits, though I admit it's not a perfect match with the examples provided.
