Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.quite firefox completely
2.open firefox
3.go to "Error Console" from "Tools" menu
4.will see the error message every single time



Shouldn't have any error message by default, should it? I've also checked on MS Windows xp, there was none there.
