I would like to apply for commit access to mozilla-central and mobile-browser.
I submitted a number of patches for Fennec during last months, it would be just more convenient for everyone if I could commit the approved ones myself.
At the moment I need access mostly to the Android development branch, which has similar access rights to m-c, but when the work will move to the main branch, I'll need to commit there as well.

The SSH public key attached is the same as already used for people.mozilla.org.

The patches I submitted were in different areas, for example:
New EXE installer for WinCE (which includes a new 7zip library): bug 502933;
Default browser option: bug 490189;
Fix in the WinCE build tools: bug 508721;
Software keyboard fixes: bug 532929;
FastStart service: bug 531332, bug 530889;
A bunch of fixes in NSPR library and tests: bug 551375, bug 551869, bug 545183,...

...and dozens more.

At the moment level 1 access would be enough, which is requested in the bug 563975.

I'd like to leave this one open though, as in the near future, when the work will move to the main branch, I'll need Level 3.
