If I go to the add-on manager in Firefox and search for "adblock" or "adblock plus" it gives me anything *but* Adblock Plus - AdChange, Filter Uploader, even Karma Blocker and FoxFilter that are unrelated to Adblock Plus. This behavior is consistent, I observed it on several different days. The same search on AMO puts Adblock Plus on the second and first place respectively which makes a lot more sense.
The client will remove adblock plus from the search results if you have it installed. Do you?
Ok, that makes sense :) After uninstalling Adblock Plus the search results are sane. I could swear that originally I tried it on a profile without Adblock Plus (I actually wanted to install it) but whatever - WORKSFORME.
