l10n-central, l10n-mozilla1.9.* and a couple of other repositories are actually flat bundles of flat repositories. currently update-src.pl will get all repositories the first time, but only update the repositories it collected in later runs.

This seems like it would pull down http://hg.mozilla.org/webtools/mxr/, which would break stuff. Needs to *not* pull that repo down.
reed: is mxr.mozilla.org/ the same as mxr.mozilla.org/webtools-central/source/mxr ?
