Details

Ever since I got a magic mouse, I have become addicted to a) kinetic scrolling, and b) tapping to stop that scrolling. It's something I didn't have to be taught about - it just seemed natural. You scroll up and down, and when you see the thing you're looking for, you tap again and the scroll stops dead.

Fennec should have this type of tap-to-stop in its kinetic scrolling!
