Loading https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/ sometimes gives you what's evident in the screenshot: a bunch of "This add-on is not available" messages, both on the collections/tour promo, as well as the Recommended list.

FWIW, we're seeing this on at least X-Backend-Server: pm-app-amo18
 and X-Backend-Server: pm-app-amo11

Additionally, X-Backend-Server: pm-app-amo07 is fine, according to Krupa.
