When looking over talos-master found a bunch of machines that had a stuck test run from weeks before, but they had moved on and successfully tested current builds. Looks like the old tests got lodged on large downloads (tp4.zip, dirtyDBs.zip, etc).

I was hoping that it inherited it from buildstep. Oh well. The simple solutions are new around when you need them.

I believe the fix is to move from FileDownload -> http; that's tracked in bug 560957.
