Crash Data

I was checking the quakelive.com site using 3.6.4(build1) when I saw this crash. I haven't been able to reproduce it, but I remember doing something like the following on a fresh vm with no extra plugins installed (other than what comes with Fx on Ubuntu):

1. Install 3.6.4(build1)
2. Visit www.quakelive.com
3. Install missing plugins (Flash) when prompted
4. Restart and reload www.quakelive.com
5. Enter valid credentials to login.
6. Install the quakelive plugin when prompted and restart

Expected: I'm able to login and to continue doing more.

Actual: Crash

Marking this as blocking bug 558390 for now, since that's where we asserted that we'd originally fixed this crash.
Blocks: 558390
This is not the same crash as bug 558390, which was Windows-only and perfectly reproducable.

Closing old bugs in the Plugins component. We aren't going to track issues in 3rd-party plugins in the Mozilla bug tracker. In addition, support for NPAPI plugins will be removed at the end of this year; for more details see the post at https://blog.mozilla.org/futurereleases/2015/10/08/npapi-plugins-in-firefox/

If there is a serious bug in Firefox, it needs to be filed in the "Core" product, "Plug-Ins" component.
