Can you get IMAP log? > https://wiki.mozilla.org/MailNews:Logging > http://www.mozilla.org/projects/nspr/reference/html/prlog.html#25328 > SET NSPR_LOG_MODULES=timestamp,imap:5 (Before attach log file, check log content and replace sensitive data, please) When did your problem start to occur? After upgrade from Tb 3.0.3 to Tb 3.0.4? Did you customize settings in Server Settings/Advanced? Do you use Web Mail Interface? If yes, do you define Gmail Label of INBOX/Bank?
The problem starts right from new account setup. The folders can be seen and accessed in Outlook IMAP but not in Thunderbird. There is no upgrade and no customize settings apart from the custom IMAP and SMTP port change for Google Apps. Webmail can see all folders and the Gmail Labels are all existing and can be seen on IMAP in Thunderbird as well, just that clicking on them gives the above error and no mails are shown.
Nicholas, Does this fail in version 3.1 or the new v5 beta? http://www.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/thunderbird/early_releases/downloads/
